Topic	I have a very ambitious menu to cook today

One complaint in the reviews has to do with how wet the batter is because of the puree. I tried to cook down my apple cider more than 1/2 way like the recipe called for. But it was still too wet so the outside cooked super hard and the inside took forever and is very dense.
