Topic	Chained Echoes needs more exposure. Its prob one of the best JRPGs Ive played.

I just use these buffs and skills to randomly cool down the meter. I was just so focused on the bar alone and if there was yellow text displayed. It worked doing this but I called the system a planned random occurrence early on until I was corrected on the official board. --- "A lesser talent couldn't have pulled it off.
