Up until that arc (or swapping to reading once thriller bark starts) anime watchers should be good to go. I remember when I first discovered one piece the anime was just getting to the end of the water 7 episodes and going into the enies lobby arc......watched 260 something episodes in the span of what, 6 days I think.
