When Epic got started selling games, nobody had any purchased games on there. It was a whole launcher you had to install and run for the ~1 game you wanted to play. Now anyone who's been collecting free games has a lot of games on there. Some of us are committed to not buying from them still, but it's definitely eased others into it.
