Sorozone 12/13/22 7:18:37 PM #88: | Gained 2 pounds, up to 156 My 1 rep of bench went from 185 to 200, and I did the 200 pretty easily. I'll probably try for 215 next time. Each set on my regular bench/incline/decline also improved by 5 to 10 pounds each. Deadlift failed halfway(didn't want to throw my back out trying) so I dropped it. I'll probably be able to hit it next time I deadlift. Got it off the ground, I figure I can make the next push through after a week or more of training.
