Sorozone 12/10/22 2:03:59 PM #86: | I do sets of 8 - > 5 - > 3 -> 1. Was able to improve each set by an additional 5 pounds this week for squat. Decided to up the 1 from 235 to 250. Got stuck at the dreaded 3/4 mark going up and had to bail. Solid improvements overall.
