We know based on the text that there are other servants though it did say on the day of the family conference that the trusted servants were the ones that were being employed.... I don't know if it ever said those were the only servants Honestly this is probably pretty obvious for everyone at this point and I am returning to monkey seeing the answer and pointing at it and going "Look! It's an answer!" Figuring out it is Kannon isn't super impressive when the game is like "Yeah bro.
