This is where you're wrong. Without steroids, it's literally impossible to workout that much as your body does not have the ability to recover and actually build muscle. What steroids do isn't build muscle, but accelerate the recovery, allowing users to continue to work their bodies at a rate a natural person can't.

No doubt actors put in the work to get jacked, but when they're giving interviews talking about working out for hours every day, what they're leaving out is that they had assistance in recovery. There's nothing wrong with that, again, but just be honest about it, because just by reading your post it's clear that people think it's possible to be The Rock's completely natural at his age.

I'm going to take your word for it, as reading through the thread, you seems to know more about the subject than I ever will, but I just find it tough to believe that EVERY person that looks the way The Rock does is on some illegal substance.

Chris Hemsworth is on the screen in the new Thor movie - "He's on the gas!"
Dave Bautista in Guardians - "He's on the gas!"

Rock is on the Gas. Apparently Kumail was on the gas for Eternals. Hugh Jackman. Random guys in bodybuilding competitions where they test. Everyone?

You saying there isn't ANYONE out there looking like the Rock (not peak Rock posting on IG with Photoshop, filters, and every possible drop of water sucked out of his body. I'm talking regular, filming an episode of "Young Rock" day to day Dwayne Johnson) at 50 and are completely natural?

Again, I'm not arguing, just asking. Hope it doesn't come off as I'm being combatitve.
