Quite honestly, that's a huge problem with this celebrity worship nonsense.

It's all smiles and adoration until you get bored and then you have to muddy them up a bit to keep your interest, never mind that it's an actual human being that you're fucking with along the way.

You make up these little scenarios where "I must know the truth for the good of humanity" or some such but all you're doing is being a creepy little ass to a complete stranger who happens to be successful at playing film characters.

I don't really give a damn about the Rock in all honesty but I think this desire to have him "come clean" about his personal habits is carny nonsense.

It's a pretty shit hobby if that's what you're really into.

I agree with a few of your points.

But The Rock literally does sell himself like a brand. He has a movie production company named after a personal anecdote. He's out there shilling his energy drink company and gym equipment. He calls in from his personal gym for video game marketing shows.

It's also why he won't ever talk about it. It would harm his brand.
