I think theres a serious conversation that needs to be had about the use of steroids in the fitness industry. More importantly, if you do use steroids or something of the like, then you should absolutely be honest about it. No shame in doing so. Its your life. However, steroids create unrealistic standards of what is achievable to people who dont lift weights, especially the younger crowd. There are plenty of people who think Hollywood physiques you see in superhero movies are achievable and thats just not really true without the use of steroids.

Would it be great if The Rock admitted to steroid use? Absolutely. It would get the conversation moving a lot more. People should know what is and is not realistic in terms of achievable physiques and strength level. People also need to know about the dangers of steroids and the long term effects that can have on the body.

I like to think that I have a decent enough physique. At least one good enough to where people compliment me and say that my body is their goal. However, Ill never be huge. You cant really be lean, big, and natty at the same time unless you have the genetics of a deity. Almost everyone will have to choose two of the three.
