It's quite noticeable when a gal has breast implants or liposuction. It's not immediate obvious for steroids.

But since you brought it up, there definitely needs to be disclaimers on photoshopped pics on social media. It's giving kids a false perception of what their body should look like and this misconception is terrorizing youth's mental health as a result.
