It's a matter of whether or not we want to (by we I mean the country, I'm not assigning personal responsibility to individuals, don't get your panties in a twist). yeah, i mean this says it's specifically targeted the housing inequity for black americans. i don't really see how that's a problem if the inequity is due to systemic issues with racism and discriminatory practices. why SHOULDN'T they receive something to give them equal footing? ...
