(First Reaction: Well it's... very lively and memorable, I'll give them that much.)

!...Did this always have so much intense drumming? This is kinda painful... cute enough that I don't hate it, but it feels like it was ranked way too high originally.

[Final Thoughts: If you see a revised score writeup that starts with an exclamation point, like the above, it means that it was typed up after my wrists started causing problems and I had to be a bit more selective about what songs got a lot of typing. Ones without an exclamation point were back when I could type as much as I wanted.

This song is... umm... probably not their best performance, but their enthusiasm and determination to go all out really sells the song. It sounds like they're having a lot of fun with it which makes it fun to listen to.... occasionally. Very occasionally.

{The second song from this EP is probably the best of the four songs, but it definitely doesn't leave as strong of an impression, for better or worse.]

[Later: I'm back to kinda liking this tonight. I would never say it was "good", but it's cute (in spite of the drumming), and sometimes cute is good enough.]

[Latest: Oh hey, it's the song that was originally the lowest rank with the Exclamation Point writeups! Made things awkward when it got moved up, causing the explanation to be lost... anyhow, this song is oddly fun and enjoyable. It's the type of thing that can rise up in the list a fair amount when I'm in the mood for it, but it can also be quite overwhelming if I'm not. I think "kinda like" is where it places on average?]

(First Reaction: Surprisingly triumphant sounding little tune. I actually like this, short as it is.)

!Hoping I have the right version of the song up there, since the original uploader's account has been deleted. This is a reasonably inspirational and triumphant jingle, but it's rather short and I'm not getting too much from it tonight... I like it, but it's not quite as impactful as it should be.

[Final Thoughts: It is an impressively triumphant little tune, but definitely a bit too short... gonna say I kinda like this anyway and move it to that section of the list.]

[Later: This song has less than six zeroes after the decimal point, so it is placed above the previous song. Yes, it is very difficult to tell that a glance and I probably should not have used as many zeroes as possible earlier, but I did & this is where we are now.]

(First Reaction: The opening feels odd in a slightly dark way, but then the song picks up and feels suited for a jive dance or something, like a jazzy dance party in hell kinda vibe. Not bad.)

!Still feels like a devilish dance party, which isn't exactly a bad type of ambiance.

[Final Thoughts: There's a pleasingly weird transition at around the 2:22 mark. I'm having a hard time placing the sensation... it's halfway between "haunted mansion" and "leaking catacombs"? It's weird and I really like that. I'm less into the main parts of the song tonight, which are still a devilish style of jazz, but it's not quite clicking and it's not like whatever that weird environment the transition was creating... so I dunno. Much stronger feelings towards that interlude/transition/whatever, weaker feelings towards most of the song, I think it probably still works out towards the "kinda like" zone.]

[Later: It's kinda interesting that I feel similar environments for this track and Abandoned Building, considering that the two songs aren't all that similar to one another.]
