Topic	I got a job offer!

I was thinking of transitioning to a sourcing role as well even before they brought it up. Ive been wanting a step back. Its a great job but more laid back and less room for growth but Im ok with that at this stage of my life with a toddler. I thought I could pursue being a manager and do it all as a mom, but I realized I cannot right now. Im drained and worn out. It's very, very healthy to admit when you're gassed.
