They first turned me down but reached out about another role because they liked me so much.

A little more money than I make ($10k more) but a little less work, more stability and I have a few friends on the team already.

Its a tech sourcer role and not a recruiter which is a bit different. I wont do a lot of the admin work (reviewing and posting jobs, writing offer letters, herding hiring teams around, conducting reference checks, etc). I will just go out and find candidates that havent applied, get them to want to interview with us and then pass them to the recruiter who will finish out the rest.

Purely a headhunter and less of the extra stuff I was doing. Ive been so burnt out, this will be good for me.
