It wasnt until our previous daycare was closing that my wife contacted other moms on Facebook to look for other daycares. Shes now best friends with one of the moms and much happier. So I dont have any advice on how to bond with other moms, but hopefully you can find a way because its helped my wife out a lot. --- I am the Cheese! I am the best character on the show!
