That doesn't mean you can't find it good elsewhere, but you have a much higher chance in Texas. One of the best steaks I ever had in my life came from a restaurant in Ft. Worth Texas, and I found out part of why this was is the meat was local from a farm nearby. Its good in some places but sadly it has the same deal as "Cubans" in Miami, Pizza in New york, and Buffalo wings in Buffalo.
