And he also requested a sequel the better part of a decade later so that he could turn that character into a hero. And he proceeded to win all three fights against the villain robot who was supposed to be a superior model. Arnold's heroic characters would often get captured or lose at some point in a film, but typically in the standard format where it's a circle of villains ensnaring the hero. Aside from Batman and Robin, where he once again played the villain, I can't think of too many times he lost a fight cleanly. He lost to Stallone in The Escape Plan, but only because his character threw the fight as a distraction for the prison guards.
