They started this year when they licensed Summer Time Rendering and Black Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall back in the Spring, and now they're getting the new Bleach anime. Problem is: they didn't simulcast either of those outside of Japan, so people in the US still can't watch them unless they resort to piracy and it also severely limited the discussion and popularity of those shows.
