Never been to Massachusetts but it never struck me as a culinary capital It really isn't. It shocks me that it isn't though since it is like, the closest bigger city in the US to Europe. It was crazy how many sit-down restaurants I would see not even in the Chicago downtown areas and how literally all places were good food.
