Topic	I have my notice and feel better now

That she would give me direct reports and Id be team lead in all but name. But that made no logical sense. Why would I do the job without any recognition? It wasnt like oh if you do the job well in a few months well make it official but just offering me to do it until a lead opening was available whenever that would be Weird proposal and I turned it down.
