Copyright strikes pose a more imminent danger, which is a way for him to milk his viewers harder. Which is then followed by the "they cleared me and they said they love my content". Just assume everything he says is a lie. There is just so much evidence out there, that he would throw his own mom under the bus if it would make a quick buck.
