I agree it doesnt really look like Kat but we havent seen her in almost 4 years, and she was already getting noticeably chunkier the last time we saw her. Besides Goutman has no friends and hates leaving the house, and isnt close to any of his family. People on the Farms were speculating that it might be his druggie cousin, but he despises her.

Are you assuming DSP would bathe and take care of himself even if he was happy with someone? Being dirty and unclean is just part of his personality. It's not the same situation. It just rubs me the wrong way that some people think women would actively sabotage themselves for revenge. It's a gross and reductive thinking and doesn't even make much sense. You said it yourself, he got her there because of the house and money, not because of his hygiene and looks. And before someone says now I'm assuming her of being a gold digger, I'm not. I think she was in a terrible situation and was desperate enough to get away by choosing Phil, especially since he did/does has a cushy life.
