| wpot 09/06/22 8:20:26 AM #5: | I have a friend that moved from Japan and, for some reason, rented out his house there cheaply rather than selling it. There is apparently no way for him to ever sell the house or raise the rent or anything now. He talks as if his kids might get money from it someday, but that he never can...because the people living there will probably never leave and he has no authority to make/ask them to leave.
