So l have my driving test to get a Japanese license on the 14th, but because my ankle is broken Ill only be given a conditional license if I pass, that says I can *only* drive with a cast. And then I have to make another appointment solely for them to remove the condition from my license (not another test, but they need to observe my hand and feet motions), and Im not allowed to drive between getting my cast off and that appointment since my license will still have the condition attached. Such a bizarre situation like why
