He straight up doesn't ever die, even on Insanity(No idea if this affects anything), and 2. Clone Shepard is a Vanguard and he straight up teleports and kills me all the time. After many a try finally downed the clone, tried to save him, but he decided to let go and die. I am now tasked for throwing a party.
