I even brought up wanting to work on projects to my skip level who said my manager has the and will be showing it to me and she would talk to her to make sure she does. Been a month and never happened. But Im like maybe I should stop being ambitious, coast and collect my paycheck like every one else does. But it just goes against my nature.
