Its standard in my industry. Which makes it so hard for me. And its not back to back typically since its virtual. But then I have to switch back to my job and back to interviews all day. My mind gets even less sharp for the later ones.

Last month I also had no sleep the night before again because my daughter was up all night. And I was just stumbling over all my words. It was a manager role which is what I was hoping to get. They did make me an offer but it was a lateral move for less money.

I just dont see how I can pass these interviews in my current state.
Might be time to find a new industry. Speaking as a sales goon, it'd be a shock if the ENTIRE process from initial phone screen to offer acceptance took four total hours.

Half hour HR phone screen
Half hour to hour with hiring manager
Half hour with a peer
Half hour with hiring manager's boss and/or VP of department
Half hour discussing offer if need be.

I have no idea why recruiting would be much different from a process like this. There's two roles with similar work patterns and personalities, there's no reason it should be taking four hours in TOTAL, let alone at once.

It really only makes sense for jobs like coding/engineering to have four hours at once.
