I know the game is a meme and I find it funny when Youtube channels sponsor it, and you can see the sarcasm when promoting the meme game, xD I know one channel where people have asked the host whether or not he actually likes it or if the enthusiastic spiel is just advertising, and he's responded by mentioning things from the game you'd only expect someone to know if they were actively playing and enjoying it. So maybe?
