You frequently paint "all or nothing" scenarios and the forget/refuse to explain them - to what degree will the natural gas fees overcome the other reductions? As Sackgurl pointed out, natural gas is insanely cheap...

Again a "these are the only two possible options" - but for the sake of your argument, what are some past instances of companies having large restructuring to avoid tax increases? I asked you the same question in other threads and you missed or ignored it...
