Harriet in particular I feel like we almost forgot about, and she was my favorite character. it's a really clever ending imo. jane austen is weirdly like a mystery - the "clues" are there earlier the awfulness is also largely emma's own doing and poor character/manners, so her introspection and penance i think are pretty reasonably earned! glad you're finally at chrono trigger! --- yet all azuarc of all sorts are more or less capricious and unreliable - they live in the varying outer weather, and they inhale its fickleness ...
