I'll be honest: this is getting undeserved points for being the only representative of that gross mid-to-late 20th century Soviet animation style. I don't know anything about what it's called, I just know it mostly from that one Simpsons episode. It's gross and bad, of course, and you compare it to what the United States was doing at the time, and it's not even comparable. But it has this certain kind of undefinable digusting soul to it, I guess? Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia Live A Live New Pokemon Snap The Black Cauldron Arcane Knights in the Nightmare Grits (Game) FLCL Dreaming Mary Fortnite Hawkeye (David Aja) Kill Six Billion Demons Klaus (2019) Red Dead Redemption Kingdom (Manga) Koumajou Densetsu: Scarlet Symphony Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Super Mario Galaxy The World Ends With You Super Mario Bros (NES) Zenless Zone Zero One Piece Cool World: Has there been a single good live-action-meets-animation movie other than Roger Rabbit? I cannot think of a single one. Don't get me wrong, this is a really interesting... "what if Roger Rabbit was just gross and more cynical" take, but it's more of an anomaly than anything else. It even steals the detective-in-a-period piece idea! There's no reason for this to be a period piece instead of being set in the 90s, except that you liked how Roger Rabbit did it. Anyway... I can't decide whether Holli or Jessica Rabbit is hotter, sorry. Probably Jessica, but it's not by much. The Secret of Kells Frozen Overwatch Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings (2D art) Yu-Gi-Oh! World of Horror From Hell Warhammer Fantasy Clock Tower (1995): So, it turns out the game I thought was named Clock Tower was actually Haunting Ground. So be it. This art style is actually very impressive for the SNES, though I suppose it's late SNES. It's got a lot of detail, but it lacks in... atmosphere? It's not very spooky. Look, I'm a sixteen-year-old girl trapped in a dark mansion with a monster guy who has giant scissors trying to kill me, I'm fine with that, but I want some spookiness. Dark corners, spiderwebs, bloody walls, etc. There is a really good hideous mutated fat guy, which is good, but that's all I can find. Yu-Gi-Oh! Dual Links Street Fighter VI South Park Bad Apple Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Kevin Eastman) Hells Mushihimeshema Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Yoshi's Island Mad God (2022) Courage the Cowardly Dog Bowling Alley Strike Display Umurangi Generation: Cell-shading and vibrant hideous neon colors, okay. The idea of a photography game is pretty good, I can't think of any bad photography games. Are there any? All I can think of are Pokemon Snap and Dead Rising. The Sims 4 Little Nightmares II Undone: What is this animation style called? There's something going on besides just normal rotoscoping. But regardless, the art style does well for a psychological-based mystery drama. Don't know what else I can really say about it, rotoscoping is basically only good for 'weird' things, there's never going to be a normal comedy that's rotoscoped. Transformers Dungeons and Dragons 5e Bakemonogatari Code Name STEAM Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo A Scanner Darkly Jujutsu Kaisen Blacksad Monster Sanctuary King of the Hill Ikaruga The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh The Books of Magic Vol 1 Warioware Odin Sphere Over the Garden Wall Shadow of the Colossus Vib-Ribbon Cruelty Squad BLAME!: This series looks a little inconsistent in its art style? Some of it looks very standard 'tough' manga, while some of it has the same characters look a little off-model? I'm not sure how to explain it. I do like the weird cyber horror, though.
