BUMPED2002 08/21/22 11:24:38 AM #8:	8 tracks was a magnetic tape sound and recording storage medium that was popular from the 1960s until the early 1980s then it evolved into cassettes then CDs as far as music is concerned just as we went from vcr tapes to dvds.
