This game has the early-2000s text font going on BAD. Dead Space Bayonetta Junji Ito The Old Guitarist: I won't pretend to know anything about the fine arts, but I can obviously tell that this is a poor, elderly, and possibly homeless man playing the guitar. The intense blueness of everything creates a sorrowful effect (like the Last Unicorn above), with the old man's skin and guitar being the only bright colors. Everything looks completely miserable, it's wonderful. Great painting. Undertale/Deltarune Kingdom Hearts Superman Smashes the Klan Kubo and the Two Strings Tales from the Crypt Comix Zone El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron Punisher (Greg Rucka) Halo Legends - The Package Samurai Jack Hollow Knight God of War (Original Series) Mario Strikers Journey (Game) Bloodborne Punch-Out!! I accept this as reasonably good-looking. God, can you imagine these female designs being done today? Yo Yogi! Zero Time Dilemma Fall Guys Kenshi D Tier Halo Legends: The Duel Cromartie High School Drawn Together Final Fantasy: Unlimited Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Legend of the Supermutants Gorillaz Caves of Qud Goodnight Punpun Splatoon Turtles Forever Waking Life Pizza Tower Nyan~ Neko Sugar Girls Battle Chasers: Nightwar The New Adventures of He-Man BoJack Horseman: It's not as bad as the intentionally bad 90s animation, but I would still call it unappealing. I'm sure this series is probably okay, it has like a million seasons, but just looking at it doesn't make me want to watch it. It's Such A Beautiful Day Peanuts Mind Fall: At first, I thought this looked like a modern thing, but when I looked more closely, I could tell from the style that it was too old. You can just sort of tell. I was right, and it's 2004. Anyway, I'm not much of a fan of mixing animation with real images unless it's done for a really interesting or specific reason beyond weirdness, and I'm just not sure about this one. Friday Night Funkin' Mob Psycho 101 Guitar Hero Monokune (2007) Star Wars Holiday Special Cartoon Mega Man (Ruby Spears) Speed Racer (Anime) Clone High Mortal Kombat: It's been like thirty years, and it's still fun to mock this series for having a bunch of identical ninjas. Compare this to Street Fighter, where the characters are all normal humans, but still have very unique looks that make them easy to tell apart. Here, I'm looking up a cast roster right now as I type this, and it is almost impossible to tell the characters apart. I don't know what causes this. This only ones who are distinct are Raiden and the Frankenstein's Bride hair girl, everyone else just blurs together into one muscley mess. And Raiden only escapes this because of his stupid hat.
