The creator, EvilAJ (might not be the correct spelling) privated the video to prevent the reaction and Phil is having a complete tizzyfit threatening that he better keep it private forever. Essentially saying he will stealth react to it the second he can. Even though he keeps shitting his pants about getting permission to do his reactions because he is a morally superior streamer. Whenever he knows he can't get permission there's some sort of dumbfuck clause he invents that allows him to do the reaction anyway. --- "That thick shaft that causes women to shudder!" ...
