The worst nightmare I had was of a demon posing as a little girl with a creepy unnaturally large smile and demonic features chasing me like the Link statue just appeared on that Zelda creepypasta.

The worst vivid halucination I had due to sleep paralysis was waking up on my side with a dark demonic humanoid being laying also on its side on the bed, face to face to me. It opened its mouth, letting out a loud scream and a large stream of black smoke that went into my mouth, lasted for about 10 seconds and made me feel like shit for a few hours. The smoke mouth thing was similar to demonic possession in Supernatural.

The first sleep paralysis thing I ever had actually didn't have any visual component. I was at my father's house and I woke up randomly in the middle of the night. As I drifting back to sleep (eyes were closed), I suddenly felt a presence at the foot of the bed and it swung over to the right side (to my left) and fully woke me up (although I did not open my eyes). I heard what sounded like something between an earthquake and a jurassic park T rex roar for a good 5-10 seconds. I was very confused about what had happened and I did not sleep for the rest of the night. I had been talking to my father about paranormal shit the day before, and while I don't believe in any of that, I still to this day (about 20 years later) have no real plausible idea what happened. I do remember getting up and going to tell my father in the morning and he could see on my face that something had happened and was like "you look like you've seen a ghost" and I was like "Not seen, heard... and I have no idea what it was"

Nothing in the area could have caused a noise like that. I had felt/heard a minor earthquake before but in this case I did not feel any shaking. My father lives in a rural area with no train tracks nearby, so it wasn't something like a freight train passing while I was half-asleep and disoriented. I also remember feeling hot as soon as the sound started, but that could have just been an adrenaline/fear response. I don't know. I've other sleep paralysis or weird parasomnia stuff happen since then, but nothing that intense.
