UUL was more of a community than a user contest. Sure the competition was fun, but it was more about the analysis and discussions. A lot of care and time was put into it by Yazzy, ShatteredElysium, and all the competitors and it showed in the overall experience of being part of it. Knocking it for not being as drama filled and as grand of scale as UOTY is pointless.
