Topic	Should I postpone my Tokyo vacation by one day to attend a festival?

Biggest summer fireworks festival in the prefecture I live in. ohhh. personal thing for me, but idgaf about fireworks. I'd only make a point of going to a festival if there was something extremely interesting for me to attend. I can see my friends any time and kinda consider larger events as not as effective for socializing with them. Basically kinda just depends on what you feel though, I can totally see someone thinking of one as more of a 'can't miss' than another.
