Topic	Are there actually only 9 live-action solo Batman movies?

If you count Batman as starting from 1989 and Superman as starting from 1978, the rates compared to other superheroes are not that different. I was more speaking of in general as a big IP, not necessarily as a superhero franchise. And I already gave two counter-examples in Harry Potter and Star Wars.
