On one hand, merger news would be surprising to me due to Zash getting that new CEO, what, a week ago? So I suppose that ZVV entity is handling most of the paperwork. But on the other hand, with bbig dilution probably a no, I've read that their runway isn't as long as their cash holdings would suggest. So the merger wrapping up soon makes sense on that front.
