If he doesn't drop it to Drew at Clash at the Castle (90% chance he won't but with Triple H in charge, his chances of retaining are a bit lower). He won't drop it till Mania to presumably Cody. If he faces The Rock at Mania, then he retains and goes on to hold the title for 1000+ days until eventually Cody dethrones him or wince Theory cashes in successfully.
