Yep, you've gotta have the DPS to clear it within the time limit. Try borrowing a support unit (preferably a Makoto for lowering the opponent's defense, especially if you don't have her yourself) to help you out since most of our supports are higher level than your units. If you're still struggling, you may just need to throw every character you have at it and then try again during the next time the Tower opens once you've leveled up more.
