Im sorry youre going through this Cleo, body image issues are so devastating, and it breaks my heart to hear you expressing regret over a getaway that was supposed to just be a fun time with the girls, and a getaway that you definitely deserved to be able to take without having to stress about anything like this.

Dont let the discouragement you feel over this get in the way of your goal, I know those last 10 pounds are gonna be the hardest, and probably take the most time as well, but be easy on yourself cuz youve been through a lot. I know youre feeling really low now, but this is just a hiccup, youre a strong and capable enough woman to make sure this is only temporary. I believe in you!

I just wish other people I knew didnt see it. It would be one thing if we didnt have mutual friends and it was a bunch of strangers who saw them. Thanks for the words of encouragement though they are truly appreciated (and that goes to everyone here)

If you are only 10 pounds above your goal weight, you can't possibly be that "chubby". I feel you are being hard on yourself. But I get it, as I can be that way about my appearance.

I am 52 with a very small frame. I also tend to put weight in my mid section so thats where the majority of it sits and its not a good look right now.
