Heres how my last 4 employees quit on me:

Three gave a two week notice

Of the three, one worked all two weeks, one skipped their last 2 bar shifts citing a family emergency yet was posting pics on IG of them getting day drunk at a bar, and one not only worked two weeks but also worked an additional month helping train my new brewers

The one that didn't give a notice quit on the spot after I had a meeting with him and the rest of my brewers about why production was low and why accounts were constantly hitting me up about not getting kegs or receiving wrong kegs (said brewer was responsible for the above and quit after I approached him about it with the rest of the brew team)

In short, I don't expect shit from a two week notice.
