I think part of the reason hip hop is so popular is because it's an escape from everything being so politically correct these days. Hip hop and comedy are 2 of the last bastions where political correctness hasn't sucked all the goofy fun out of life for everyone. They're the anti-twitter. If they go, everything becomes like Twitter is. And those people fuckin suck. The more people from Twitter want to suck all the fun out of life, the more a subset of people like me want to just dumbout and have fun to some ignorant shit.
