iirc you're somewhat tall. It's not necessary, but the difference is enough that I would prefer not to go back to a smaller sized mattress.

Queen is big enough, but the way I sleep (I tend to put my arm under my pillow or behind my head) my feet stick off the end. Doesn't happen on a king.

I'm 6'3", and queen has always been long enough for me. I only had issues on a twin.

...but also, king, queen, and long twin are all pretty much the same length anyway. They're all supposed to be about 80" (6'8") long. So there shouldn't be any difference between a king and a queen based on length, only width.
