Due to physical space (and especially accounting for the fact that football players are larger than average humans), there is a finite amount of players who could be considered actively "in the fight" at any given time. So DK would most likely be fighting multiple waves of players consecutively. Since these are real life humans and not video game people, I trust that he would be able to take on a group of them at a time. And since we're only talking about a few dozen people at most (not like a hypothetical 1,000,000 or something), endurance between waves isn't a major factor to worry about.

DK wins by taking them out one by one or group by group.
