For the spoiler part:
the thing that worried me most about Bullseye possibly not returning is the actor (Wilson Bethel) being committed to some other project. Looks like he's not filming anything right now, but he's main cast in the tv show "All Rise" which was cancelled after two seasons and picked up for a 3rd by the Oprah network, 3rd season airing right now, TBD if it gets cancelled again or even if picked up for a 4th, he could leave the show or schedule around things... I guess there's also a possibility Bullseye isn't a full-season villain but just pops in for a few eps and at the end, like a Season 2 Kingpin, so could provide more scheduling room.
