Topic	Cops when you ask why you are pulled over before giving your id

I'm guessing he ran the vehicle's plate, and its was registered to someone whose license was suspended and matched the general description of the driver. Hence why he needed an ID to confirm if the driver was the registered owner and was in fact suspended. This is what you posted.
