Even if we do roll with the narrative that the cop only pulled him over to harass him, like, how does one expect that to play out if you just flat out refuse to ID yourself? That, I can agree with. If it were me I would just show my ID and move on with my life. But I'm never going to be one to be like "just comply!" when you are being harangued and accosted.
